Hank's offers a 1-YEAR warranty from date of purchase against manufacturer's defects with free parts and labor. Qualified defects will be repaired or replaced at the company's option, at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to and from service location. Hank's offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the inner frame construction used in sofas, loveseats, chairs, ottomans, sectionals, and sleepers. "Lifetime" is defined by the life of the original cover. Recovering the frame voids all warranties. After one year from the date of purchase, the customer will be responsible for labor and transportation to and from service locations.

All Hank's warranties carry the following exclusions: 

• The warranties do not cover damage as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, commercial use, institutional use, or shipping damage due to customer shipping or moving furniture after original delivery. 
• Hank's warranties extend only to the original purchaser. 
• Any item purchased "as is" including closeouts, floor models and discontinued special purchases are excluded from warranty coverage. 
• Warranties do not apply to accessories.
