The Furniture Life Adjustable Base Protection Plan is designed to cover unexpected failure, breakage or defects after the manufacturers warranty has expired.
Plan term is for 10 years. Defects in materials and workmanship will be covered if they were originally covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that has expired.
You will need to go to the Furniture Life website and click on "Need to file a Claim". You will need to fill out the required information along with submitting photos of the damage.
