Gerard was extremely helpful— beginning to end. He pointed us in the right direction, then gave us space to look. He then helped us by moving around tables to let us see what our choices would look like together. He and Brad were patient, helpful, kind, and a pleasure to work with. They made the buying process less grueling and we very much appreciated that. They will certainly have our business again!

I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working.
