I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working. We've used them twice now and have had great experiences both times. They have good quality furniture, lots of different style options, and a decent price tag. Brandi O'Neill was our salesperson and we love working with her. We won't go to anyone else from now on. She's extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bonus, she kept up with our silly sense of humor. LOL! Seriously, she went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we were looking for and we could not ask better service.
