Nick was phenomenal, professional, patient and gave the upmost hospitality service! I've never encountered hospitality on the level he gave! The store was very clean and had a great variety of furniture to choose from. Nick is a great asset to your company. I would definitely recommend Hanks Furniture to anyone who needs furniture. I encountered other staff members who were also friendly and professional. The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very professional and hospitable. Today my husband and I purchased a complete bedroom set and mattress. We had been looking for quite sometime and have been to several different furniture stores. Josh met with us and listened to all of our needs. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. By far the selection, quality, price and customer service was above anywhere else we had been.
