I recently went to Hanks here in Russellville to find a recliner for my home. They had an amazing selection and great prices! Even better than just what they had in stock was the environment and the service. Me and my wife picked out a nice recliner that we love and it's perfect for our home. After picking out the right one before store closing, the manager helped us take it out to our vehicle only to find out it wouldn't fit in the SUV. The manager Mr. Powers was so kind and offered to bring it to our home for us since we were just up the road. This was an amazing experience! He went above and beyond anything we could have asked. Sarah Alvey was very helpful in showing me and my husband sectional living room furniture on March 8, 2024. She was also very patient and knowledgeable. We picked out a very nice sectional and she showed us tv stands and we chose a very nice one. She is very efficient in her job and payment and pick up was fast and easy.
