I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working. When I came in, I met with Justin Madle, who was nothing but professional and kind.  He’d walk away and allow me to look, and when I had questions, he was there.  Absolutely ZERO pressure to buy, but they’re to help when needed.  I ended up buying a beautiful chair/ottoman and leather sofa from him.  I searched many other stores as well and this was the best place and experience I had.  If you need furniture, come see Justin Madle , you’ll be glad you did!  Thanks Justin and Hanks Furniture for the great experience!
