When I came in, I met with Justin Madle, who was nothing but professional and kind.  He’d walk away and allow me to look, and when I had questions, he was there.  Absolutely ZERO pressure to buy, but they’re to help when needed.  I ended up buying a beautiful chair/ottoman and leather sofa from him.  I searched many other stores as well and this was the best place and experience I had.  If you need furniture, come see Justin Madle , you’ll be glad you did!  Thanks Justin and Hanks Furniture for the great experience!

Loved the experience of this place. Went with my wife today, and our salesman was Braxton. I give Braxton an A+. He was super friendly, helpful, did not give off the salesman vibe, and made our purchase streamlined.

As I waited I saw the other salespeople were welcoming and helpful to other customers as well.
