Sarah Alvey was very helpful in showing me and my husband sectional living room furniture on March 8, 2024. She was also very patient and knowledgeable. We picked out a very nice sectional and she showed us tv stands and we chose a very nice one. She is very efficient in her job and payment and pick up was fast and easy. Bought a sectional sofa just over 1 year ago from salesman Mr. Day. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy or pressuring. He gave us a good deal and a discount on extended warranty. Delivery was quick, on time, and professional. I even called a couple days later because I wanted to purchase an extra piece of the sectional to make it larger. Was able to quickly purchase it over the phone, and was able to pick it up myself the same day at their main wearhouse. Can't think of anything negative about my experience.
