Nick was phenomenal, professional, patient and gave the upmost hospitality service! I've never encountered hospitality on the level he gave! The store was very clean and had a great variety of furniture to choose from. Nick is a great asset to your company. I would definitely recommend Hanks Furniture to anyone who needs furniture. I encountered other staff members who were also friendly and professional. The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very professional and hospitable. Excellent customer service all around at Hanks furniture!

Overall great experience! When arriving we were greeted by Arthur. He didn’t follow us around the store and did not give off the salesman vib. The pricing wasn’t inflated like other stores around and Arthur worked to get us discounts where he could. What I liked most was he would actually go and look up things when we had questions instead of just guessing or saying no. Delivery went smooth. Couch quality has been nice.
