I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working. We purchased 2 recliners, Ethan was a huge help, we could not decide between a love seat or chairs, his patience was wonderful with us. He has a great personality and will go far...you can tell he likes what he does...we will ask for him in our further purchases.
