I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working. Nathan was awesome to work with! I normally hate coming into furniture stores with pushy salesmen and he was the exact opposite! He made the whole buying process super easy and fast! And Linda was super sweet and kind for sharing her treats with us! Definitely recommend working with Nathan if you're ever looking for furniture or mattresses!
