My family and I just moved back to Arkansas from California. We had been to all the furniture stores in Jonesboro and Paragould. Finally we went to Hanks and received the best customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Found exactly what we were looking for and salesman made suggestions that was not overpriced. Definitely will be back.

Bought a sectional sofa just over 1 year ago from salesman Mr. Day. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy or pressuring. He gave us a good deal and a discount on extended warranty. Delivery was quick, on time, and professional. I even called a couple days later because I wanted to purchase an extra piece of the sectional to make it larger. Was able to quickly purchase it over the phone, and was able to pick it up myself the same day at their main wearhouse. Can't think of anything negative about my experience.
