Called and Joe and based on our purchase had mom come down and select a different firmness and exchanged the mattress. Home town friendly and honest place to do business.

Loved it. I came in to see some of the specials in person. The lady named Angel was very professional. She answered my questions, didn't harass me or follow me and let me look around in peace. She came back to us and gave us her card, explained the special and delivery expectations. I love good, clear cut customer service where I'm not being treated like a piece of meat or a thief. I'll likely continue buying here vs other places where I had the opposite experience.
