I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working. I recently went to Hanks here in Russellville to find a recliner for my home. They had an amazing selection and great prices! Even better than just what they had in stock was the environment and the service. Me and my wife picked out a nice recliner that we love and it's perfect for our home. After picking out the right one before store closing, the manager helped us take it out to our vehicle only to find out it wouldn't fit in the SUV. The manager Mr. Powers was so kind and offered to bring it to our home for us since we were just up the road. This was an amazing experience! He went above and beyond anything we could have asked.
