I recently went to Hanks here in Russellville to find a recliner for my home. They had an amazing selection and great prices! Even better than just what they had in stock was the environment and the service. Me and my wife picked out a nice recliner that we love and it's perfect for our home. After picking out the right one before store closing, the manager helped us take it out to our vehicle only to find out it wouldn't fit in the SUV. The manager Mr. Powers was so kind and offered to bring it to our home for us since we were just up the road. This was an amazing experience! He went above and beyond anything we could have asked. Gerard was extremely helpful— beginning to end. He pointed us in the right direction, then gave us space to look. He then helped us by moving around tables to let us see what our choices would look like together. He and Brad were patient, helpful, kind, and a pleasure to work with.
